Christian is the one who follows the teachings of Jesus Christ.
Christians don't follow His actual teachings.
Muslims do follow. In that sense:
"We Muslims are more Christians than Christians Themselves" - (Zakir Naik)
"Islam is the only known Christian faith. No Muslim is a Muslim If He doesn't follow Jesus Christ" (Ahmad Deedat)
