Unwise to completely write England off IMO. If you look at their side for the conditions, they could just be one of the teams to get on a roll. If they get a couple of good wins early, watch out for them.
Yea I realized I missed them after posting - fixed that already.

It isn't wisdom. Taylor has always been capable of doing this, but with the rise in his Test batting 2 years ago, there was also a decline in his "aggressive" batting. I doubt he has struck at over 100 too often in recent history.
He's a batsman who struggles to adjust between formats. He's got better and better after looking so scratchy at thw beginning of January.

I really don't like umpire's call.. The technology is good enough to overule umpire's call. That one wasn't out though.

N Mac's not the worst T20 bowler around. Not a bad player to have in our bowling line up when they require 350+.

Love to know a "combined ODI and test" average for New Zealanders (using maybe minimum 20 innings in each).

Kane = 46.26 and 45.96 = 92.22

Pretty good.

Crowe = 38.55 and 45.36 = 83.91
Turner = 47 and 44.64 = 91.64
Jones = 35.69 and 44.27 = 79.96

Taylor = 41.99 and 45.40 = 87.39
