Six month title reign capped off with a mania win. Of course it was a tee-up for the following year, but it was a big deal nonetheless. Otherwise you might as well say HHH's wm16 win doesn't count as it was secondary to Vince screwing the rock etc etc

Anyway. Heel cole was amazing. Particularly on NXT

It is illogical. I wanted something special from Bryan even if he was not going to win. If we were not going to get that then at least give us something from Ziggler - Nope, that didnt happen either. At a push they could have surprised us with Mizdow going on a tear - I guess we cant have that as it would have been too entertaining. All three combined lasted less than 14 mins or less than one Big E.

Instead we had Big Show and Kane - both legends who the crowd have long since had their fill of and should not be relevant - dominating and Reigns (bleurgh! Crap look, cant wrestle and cant cut a promo) being the chosen one who has to be saved from his own lack of popularity by the Rock parachuting in.

Truly terrible Rumble. I dont want to go overboard as some would be unhappy if Reigns had won no matter what. However, the way he did it - two heel monsters distracted and arguing with each other (I am ignoring the pointless Rusev ending) - was weak and even if Reigns was to win then it could have been booked so much better. Trash main event.

Hmm, that could work. The Rock vs Reigns would really be the only contest Id be interested in seeing him in.

Network cancellations through the roof apparently. I'm planning on watching old starcades on it so the new stuff flopping won't affect my subscription for a little while. Shows you the double edged sword the network can be though. Even though a PPV costs more (in fact far more in the states) people feel they 'own' the product that much more so when it flops are more likely to vote with their feet, to make a point.

08 was alright I thought. The Cena return was a huge surpise.

2015 could honestly be the worst rumble ive seen. 92 still the best by far.

Bryan Vs Lesnar at Fast Lane for the title and the main event spot at Wrestlemania is a February PPV that WWE could be proud of!

Just listen to that ****ing pop at 13:13. And they eliminate him in 10 minutes. Sigh. Imagine the finish of this rumble if Bryan was involved in the final 4-5. Morons. Pretty sad how the crowd just seems to lose the will to countdown to 0 after Bryan went. It's like the whole arena just got deflated.

Yeah. He was phenomenal. He produced the 3 best spots of the night by far: The insane Phoenix Splash, the elbow drop on the table, and the picture perfect counter of lesnar's german suplex where he backflipped and landed on his feet like an Olympic gymnast. He barely had any rest spots in the whole match, too. 10/10 performance.
