Been watching bits of this match, what a knock from Mahela, **** we'll miss him, stands up when it really matters.

Awesome to see Kula back in form, real boost for our WC plans, Senanayake is the worlds best ODI bowler?

tbf Senanayake is not much of a long form bowler ad Kula has never toured well as a test bowler
IIRC Kulu bowled quite well with absolutely no luck at all in a test in Australia a couple of years back. Seem to recall him having 2-3 catches put down off him.

One Test isn't enough to write him off.
No but the signs were there, doesn't put much on the ball and struggles to force errors, even now you can see Latham looking comfortable in defense, great ODI bowler (as is Kula) but that simply doesn't make them good long form bowlers

Yeah he did bowl rather well, would have had an LBW if we reviewed a decision late on day 3 IIRC, just struggles badly for impact after his first spell

Wouldn't mind seeing if Eranga come back on and see if he can get a nice fuller length going, Dilshan to the left handers would be good too
