Well played by KL Rahul today. Rode his luck today, but a century in his second test match after a disastrous first test will do him a world of good. Had some sumptuous off-side strokes. If he can iron out a few kinks, he could replace Dhawan as M Vijay's partner.

190 short of his triple but he'll take it. awful shot though it must be said. bit like how he got out in the 2nd innings at the mcg.

Someone remind Virat that we are a wicket away from getting into the tail, not there yet so he can calm down.

Seriously, he has done that at least 3 times now.

Lad seriously needs to put away that shot.
Maybe it's good that the team management have identified a flaw so quickly and can work on it. Better than Dhawan who has several little flaws (including temperament) which is harder to rectify.

Well played, Rahul (except the shot he got out to). Will be good to have 3 options for opening slot in future especially with Dhawan constantly struggling outside subcontinent.

We went on the piss after Melbourne and didn't have a single fielding session did we. Cause that's what it ****ing looks like.
