I go ahead and do it anyway if it's really obvious, but sometimes we may disagree so it's policy to talk it out.
I am going to email him anyway as no organisation I know of operates this way either in the private or public sector - online or offline..Start up or large organisation - no committee or group I have ever heard of makes decisions this way.

With a lot of lefthanders in the NZ side it will be interesting to see how Hafeez's hammy is.
With the amount of bowling being reported for action and the questions over Hafeez's action - it'll be interesting if he can get through a lot of bowling before he's reported again.

@Blocky - Please your connections to tell Sodhi to work on a flipper as well as accuracy.
He'll tell you he has one, the problem with him is that he's quite ****y and firmly believes that he deserves his spot in the side...

My connections don't pass any messages on to him anymore, ever since I told them I felt he didn't even deserve a spot in ND A ahead of Walker or Jono Boult.

This pitch is producing some poor shots, one fellow just went on the back foot and then pressed half forward to a full delivery and got away with it. Anywhere with a bit of movement and that would be out.

Don't like the sound of that. The better players are the humble ones as they rise to the occassion more. Still he interviews ok and sounds normal.

there have been lots of ****y players who were awesome. it's more self awareness of your bowling/batting and a willingness to do what needs to be done imo. warne was probably still a bit of a **** back when he hadn't shown his ability yet.

Some of the best players in history were absolute dicks tbf.
Name some. Dean Jones for example perhaps. His ****iness got the better of him and he got schooled by Hadlee and he became more respectful and played that double century inning in India that is legendary. So he grew as a person.

Usually I as a Kiwi associate ****iness with Aussies - but most of the better ones respected the game. Especially peeps like Alan Border,

This sounds like an interesting side bar while they pile on the runs so I look forward to your list of people.
