Proteas team are gonna struggle in the WC with this approach (batting slowly when they lose wickets early). The've been doing this too often in ODIs by going into their shell when they lose early wickets and end up putting pressure on lower middle order which is far from being as good as it was in late 90's.

When they have a good start they end up scoring well but when they lose early wickets probably too much is expected out of Miller & co.
