Khawaja was distinctly average in his stint for Australia. I don't see him playing tests for Australia till a season or two of good FC cricket at home.

Uzi fell away a bit in the Shield. Last years numbers were ok (550 @ 46), but outside of his amazing match winning 180* he didn't do much and plenty of others did much much more. His one day stuff should have him on the fringe of the ODI side but he needs a really big Shield summer to come back into any sort of Test reckoning.

Pakistan used to be awesome against playing spin until about the mid 90s. Saleem Malik the great match fixer was perhaps the last really exceptional player of spin form Pakistan.

Before Saleem Malik obviously Zaheer Abbas, Asif Iqbal, Javed Miandad were obviously very very good against spin.

Why would Khawaja being Asian make him good against spin ffs?

BTW i have hard many Asians on many forums calling him up for Australia particularly cause he is an Asian Australian.Funnily enough Indians think he is hopeless.

Generally Bloos players can play spin but not Uzi.

He's good bashing part timers round the park or losers like Xavier Doherty. Glenn Maxwell took more wkts than Doherty when they we're bowling in tandem in the one day side,tells you about Xavier.
