I suspect there may be more than one correct answer to these but my best efforts without googling them are

1. Something to do with the IPL so Arjuna
2. Hales because he's always played for Notts unlike the other three who started next door in Leicestershire
3. Faulkner because he's not a knight

2) Broad is the only one with a Test five-fer
