Think it just goes to show that the most important factor in surviving tough conditions is shot selection, not technique. Having a perfect forward defensive and a technically correct leave isn't much good if you don't use them correctly.

I think what Vaughan means is that 120 is a good score for this Indian batting.

The test and the series are probably gone but I hope India shows more of a fight than last time. Restrict the lead to 100, set up a target of 175+ and take a few early wickets in the fourth innings to at least give England a scare.
