Well yes, if England don't take 10 wickets, run-rate won't probably come into it.

India certainly have a chance on this track against this attack. In which case, not enforcing the follow-on will be as sackable an offence as anything we saw at Lords and Headingley.

I can't provide them, but I've long argued he's better at first change. Apart from at home to NZ last year, I think that all of his memorable spells have come with an older ball.
