So bin off those who haven't contributed for aaaages, for those who had a much much tighter leash and then replace the 'flash' allrounders who hit long balls and bowl sharp for those who just score runs and take wickets. Won't ever happen and this is a piece of reactionary bull**** which isn't at all serious but something has to give, surely. Imagine the scenes if we go into the 3rd Test unchanged :laugh: A part of me wants it to happen purely for teh lolz

Edit: Appreciate the inconsistency of sacking Plunkett and keeping Broad but meh.

This is slightly unbelievable to be honest. England, especially Broad.... I mean how could Broad get out like that? I don't know. Everyone knew what Ishant was bowling... I am a bit stunned really..

Its worse than the 90s. At least the 90s it was **** cricketers playing at around their ability. This is some pretty decent cricketers lacking any kind of moral fortitude and playing like utter charlatans.

India deserve all the credit in the world for this, both the pitch and the toss went against them and they've still triumphed emphatically.

BUT.

This was one of the worst capitulations I've ever seen - and I am a ****ing New Zealand supporter. It was a performance completely bereft of skill, intelligence, patience and courage. It was a **** show of epic proportions. The England camp should be ashamed of this, and heads deserve to roll.

OK. I am just going to say this for the first time, the Aussies really, really did a number on your guys. Nobody who played that Ashes seems normal anymore, save for Root, bless him.
