Cook and Dhoni trying to outdo each other with brainless captaincy by overbowling the opening bowler this summer. Not rocket science that bowling them into the ground in one spell means they will struggle to be anywhere near as good later in the day yet they have both done it.

This doesn't look good, Bhuvi bowled 11 out of the 24 overs bowled so far. If there's one bowler out of the three that India will need till the last test, its him. Bad captaincy from MSD. If the same is continued, one of them will surely run out of steam at a crucial time of the match.

Kumar bowled excellenctly but 10 over rip is crazy, India on top but this isn't a nightmare pitch by any measure.

What sort of a shot is that from Root? Fmd that's terrible at 3/70 odd. Almost got out to Sharma ffs.

As the stats show Root is basically a bunny until he gets into his innings. No matter his form he is a pretty dire starter.
