You're absolutely right karan. All these anti BCCI posters need to either burn some effigies in front of their respective board's headquarters or stfu.

No one's taken a dig at India yet because there's no details. If it turns out they're being true to form and trying to play the victim when there's nothing in it, they'll rightly cop a ****load of abuse, like they have every time since (and including) Sydney 08.

Honestly, they're the worst guests of any nation on earth. You wouldn't invite them into your place for dinner, given the petulant way they carry on everywhere they go.

Accept it, what makes people mad and post such comments is that your cricket boards do not have the balls to stand up to the BCCI. Yes, in some cases the BCCI has been wrong, but its just plain stupid to try and attack them in every possible way.

Blame your cricket boards for being pussies rather than looking for every little chance to blame the BCCI.

And when you have the financial power of the BCCI, you can get away with a lot and they know it. The ball is in their court a lot of the time to not be dicks just as much as it is in the court of the smaller boards to dig in and call their bluff rather than capitulate.

What exactly is Anderson accused off? Physical contact, is what I read, but that's a bit vague. A pat on the shoulder is physical contact too!

Before Srini came into the picture, it was still fine, and I do think it was more of other boards trying to use the "look, BCCI is so strong, we can do nothing" formula whenever something didn't go their way. But after Srini has came to power, it has all been a joke, and its actually surprising that people haven't opposed him collectively(apart for a few exceptions). You are talking about smaller boards here, but a lot of people(including some of the state cricket associations) from India have openly opposed him and took action, I have not seen something like that from any other boards.

Someone who is barred by the Indian Supreme Court to officiate as BCCI president, becomes the president of the ICC. And then people complain of unfair treatment. :dry:

The ICC's judicial commissioner, who will hold a hearing on the matter, can be appointed only after the ECB formally replies to this "notice of charge"."

TBH it strikes me as a ploy to get Anderson out of the next couple of Tests. I am a cynic and Jono will flame me for that but it's how it looks if mediation has failed. Because why else would they are about it being taken further?
