India at 45% to win this now.. I would think it's >50% actually.
Good grief yes. If Dhoni enforces the follow-on, it could be over by the end of Day 4. Failing that, a 200+ margin by tea on Day 5.

Struggling to remember a worse England team than what we've seen this summer. Even in the dog days of the 1980's.

We're going to need some assistance from Englands most reliable 3rd man, not Gary Pratt, the rain. Needs to piss down all weekend in Nottingham and we might have a chance.

Norwood's on Fire
we suck

Sounds like we've had the rough end of the non-DRS so far in the match, but there is no excusing this, prima facie

Not seen a ball though.

BTW, not to seem a hypocrite after my own contributions three years ago but it would be wonderful if we didn't have a tour thread to match those...yeah?

So what? We have DRS but one turd country won't play with it so retrospect is irrelevant.
Your reply to his point is what's irrelevant tbf.

Agree with zinzan, it didn't look that bad a decision live. It didn't look out, but it didn't seem like it was that far away.

Didn't look out to me at all. Cracking appeal though, which made the difference.

So a decision which you said didn't look out, which was then given out isn't a bad decision.

Ok mate

Bell's making a bit of a habit of triggering batting collapses. Perhaps his dismissal sums up why he has done so much better lower down the order. The certain knowledge that he is the last recognised batsman just helps to prevent him getting too carried away when the runs begin to flow. Whereas at 3/4 he feels like he can take more liberties. He needs to remember that he needs to get proper runs on the board before he starts looking to hit every ball for 4 - too many pretty 30s and 40s.
