Purely on where it pitched it seemed at least close. The 'tennis ball bounce' on this pitch is overstated a bit.

Getting a real nasty feeling that Kulasekara is going to be dropped for Prasad, having watched what happened at Lords with the high scoring rate in the first innings I would say that dropping Kula, who not only regularly takes early poles but provides control throughout the innings would be a mistake, especially for a guy like Prasad who's more likely to misfire than fire

Have a feeling that Prasad will be used as the nasty boy against England to unleash some short stuff. He reaches 90mph when on song and his short stuff skids rather than bounce. The biggest problem I see in him is the release where the seam wobbles. If he can get the seam straight and get a bit of seam then his usual good balls will contain quite a number of jaffas.
