So I wouldn't be able to go onto curlingweb.net/forum and suggest some changes to make the sport more appealing to me because I hadn't heard of the curling equivalent of ten dollar carl? #Teamloko

Surely before you assume to fix something you'd first need to understand what was wrong with it??
How much interest or understanding of cricket can someone have that doesn't know of Ten Dollar Carl??

If you do venture onto the curling forum to suggest some changes, can you ask them why the **** they play the game on ice?? Surely it would appeal to a greater number of people if it were played on grass or sand?? I mean how many people in the world have access to areas of ice???

I agree that cricket would benefit if Tendulkar was called Ten Dollar Carl..........ICC should make it happen.Surely cricket would benefit from some of the changes listed in this thread though
