I think you're allowed to block it from rolling back onto your stumps, like how they can kick it away. Hitting with intent is the law I believe.Is there not a law about hitting the ball twice?

Don't see a drama at all with it tbh. Never complain about more cricket being played. If they're good enough to survive, fair enough.Giving the extra 30 min is always a fair call, imho.
