Agree that it's disgraceful. If the BCCI problem is ball-tracker inaccuracy when estimating path after impact, then they should agree to the other parts of DRS (hot spot, snicko, ball tracker up to point in impact). India has a reputation as a country that understands IT technology, but they look like luddites by refusing DRS.
