I like your signature Watson. You should vote for my team ;)
Dale Steyn
Fazal Mahmood
Sydney Barnes
Trevor Goddard
Hugh Trumble
(Vijay Hazare)

There's certainly plenty of variety in the attack with Steyn being an excellent spearhead. Two 'fast-spinners' bowling at medium pace also make it somewhat unique.

how likely are we to see a round played on sticky wickets? Would back you Ankitj and maybe Michael to dominate on those.

I am not clear if there is such a thing like a good bowler for sticky wickets, though there may be good batsmen for such wickets. Wouldn't pretty much all good bowlers do be more dangerous on sticky wickets? Or do they suit specific types more?

iirc medium spinners aka. barnes, turner etc were incredibly potent on sticky wickets as the ball would skid on quickly while cutting sharply, whereas faster bowlers didn't gain so much movement and slower spinners were easier to handle due to pace.

****, my team is pretty screwed up. Might as well just finish this exercise soon

I didn't think it was that bad Smali. Are you out of Tests?

I'm going to dither a minute with a cuppa because I can't decide between such and such and so and so.

OK. I also have Steyn and Fazal to cover on modern wickets. So my attack will conquer all tracks :p

Great pick watson, one more struck of the list.

Hmmm, Hadlee, Cowie and Laker say im your match ankitj, but you definitely have me beat for fourth and fifth bowlers

My turn comes rather late in the 11th round. That will hurt. Being late in the 11th round order is most disadvantageous. 11th round order there should be the reverse of the 1st round when you get maximum advantage of being early in the sequence IMO.
