Yeah, but they consistently make terrible use of it, going back to the Australia tour I can recall many occasions where they have made a complete hash of it.

Pradeep has bowled three absolute beauties today, big seam movement off that driveable length, unplayable stuff. Averaging under 100 now, Lakmal under 60 too, amazing
