I would prefer Morrison tbh. Just pure nonsense and novelty. All of our current commentators just trot out variations on outdated cliches and rhetoric and manage to be constantly wrong about just about everything while doing it.

The whole team would be so much better if they talked about half as much as they do. The constant assessing and reassessing and "it's a 280 pitch no it's a 300 pitch no it's a 290 pitch" is just infuriating and worst of all seems to indicate that our ex-cricketers fundamentally don't understand how cricket works. Just STFU and commentate on the game.

Swap Smith with Doull for mine, not that I'm a fan of Smith.

Two things I hate most about Doull is;

1) How righteous he sounds (something in the tone of his voice) &
2) How he makes the exact same point about 100 times a season. i.e. "Watch how still Martin Guptill's head is when he hits straight".....yawn
