Nah relax ffs. First wicket was big. Now that we've got one just gotta be patient.

When you see balls like that one to Kallis, even if they have a partnership wickets can fall quickly.

SA still has half a chance to win, the way Kallis is batting and with ABDV and Duminy to come.

India should win but I have a feeling it's going to get close at least in time.

I honestly wonder how much Adelaide makes South Africa believe. Different pitch of course but it must give them confidence.

i'm only following the scores and don't have it on atm, but is du plessis batting slowly because he's looking for the draw or because he's out of form? cause it seems like kallis has come out and found it pretty easy

Well obviously the intention isn't to give half volleys. They are trying for wide, full swinging balls which tempt the cover drive and deliver a nick or a catch straight to the fielders. At this point with some runs in the bag it's a reasonable tactic.

he doesn't seem to be deliberately batting slowly to cut down risk ala adelaide, but he's not hitting them cleanly at all. Form probably.

Kallis is finding the half-volleys easy.
