I was hoping he would have reached his century by now. I hope India get going a bit, don't want to leave all the quick scoring for after lunch when Steyn and Philander come back.
They'll back themselves to score against Steyn and Philander quickly with an older ball. This pitch is very difficult to bat on against the new ball. Has been all test.

$170? Wow. I just watch on crictime.com whenever I don't feel like going downstairs. I do usually get all the matches on TV though from Indian channels lol

It used to be much more expensive (and I also paid). Right now it comes out to be around $14/month which, considering how much I watch the game, is very reasonable. Comes out to be probably 25-50 cents per hour of cricket I watch.....which you can't really complain about in my opinion.

Plus you get full replays of every Test (and ODIs, if you're into that sort of thing) match played within the last 2+ years! Which is pretty awesome.

All right guys, time to accelerate.
Nah, the shots Pujara tried to up the ante didn't work. Its tricky out there, keeping low at times and still moving off the pitch. I think they really need to wait for the ball to get softer. If its there they should obviously try and hit boundaries but don't invent ****. Wickets will slow the run rate further.

Well I don't know if it's true but I've heard this Ashwin fellow can bat. That and Dhoni should be OK. If they get all out getting 50 runs in the next 10 overs, I wouldn't be particularly dissapointed.

SEE!!

Kept low and hit a crack. You can't just start creaming boundaries.

Be patient INdian fans.

I think India have let things stagnate a bit, Kohli needs to get his century and start smashing. India don't want to lose the momentum at this stage.

Well that would have been out no matter how he was playing.

I know what you're saying but if it's going to do that, you might as well hit out a bit. I'm not advocating they go nuts and start creaming boundaries - just accelerate a bit.

The track was pretty flat and slow after lunch, and these Indian batsman love to bat on tracks like that, it like they're playing in their own backyard. So don't get carried away by this innings.
SA will pummel them in 2nd test.
What a flat pitch, wow!
