Yeah but his point is that you don't lose much when that happens anyway. If you back both outcomes you're going to get ~ 90% of your money back regardless, which means that as long the losing team hits six sixes more often than 10% of the time then you'll make a profit out of it.
Yeah that doesn't matter as such; it's based around a 1.90 even bet so you can change the amounts you bet to create essentially the same effect.
My last post was replying to Riggins not you. $100 max bet, so yes you could have went $100 on Stars (1.70) and $75 on Gades (2.25) so you would have lost $5. Alternatively, you could have just bet on the Stars $100 and made $70..
It would only have to happen around 11% of the time to make a profit from it. I'm not going to start an account with them again just to do it for a week but a more high rolling pro punter could take them for thousands.
There is a $100 max bet to prevent high rollers from cleaning up. I wonder if there is a 'first bet on all games' disclaimer too. I didn't see it but other promotions have this feature. Just out of curiosity I'm going to see how often it happens this tournament.
