Loving Siddle's monkish discipline this innings. Has been a complete pain in the arse for the filth.

And a just reward as I type.

Toss shot. Pressure had been released somewhat as run rate was increasing. Now we could be all out before close again. Ben Stokes. I can't watch.

Treat the urn with love and affection hey guys? But bear in mind it's only on loan for 18 months or so.

See, this is why it's ridiculous when people say Siddle's place is in jeopardy. He hasn't taken a big bag in a while but so often winkles out the oppo's key player at a time they really hate. Sure it wasn't a gold standard ball but the lead-up bowling was perfect. Such a valuable ****.

Also mega lol @ Chappeli. "He hasn't gifted his wicket away" just moments earlier, and it wasn't entirely from a lack of trying

If we fold like we have done so far in the series from 4 down, Clarke will have the option of enforcing the follow on.

I doubt he will, but.

Why does Lyon get away with so many pies? Clarke has such immense field settings, a carry over from the series in England.

Yet again we find ourselves in a situation which instantly begs the question - "why is Ian Bell not batting at 3?" How can you ever hope to compete on a consistent basis if your batting order is based on an assumption (not just the possibility) of permanent crisis when the best batsmen is playing himself in? A crisis which would be less likely if he was at 3.
