As an aucklander I would be happy for this to happen only so that Milne could make a case for the 3rd test.

But he is up against the best domestic opening combination in the country

Good chance here for Bracewell to reassert his NZ third seamer claim over Milne (and Wheeler). Starts by getting rid of sort-of-promising-young-NZ-opener-#74.

Arg why does Milne only have one over? I see they brought Bracewell and Wheeler back after lunch, but now Trego is on ahead of him.

Surprised he's doing as well as he has against bounce bowlers like Duffy and Neesham.
