Nah it's monday this time.

Draw is a bit boring from an Arsenal perspective really. Guess I'd want us to avoid Bayern and the Madrids.

I'd actually take Barcelona or PSG.

Henry with a good point about Atletico.

And why the **** do we get Jamie ****ing Redknapp on Champions League night?

Yeah I hope Barcelona play one of the English sides, if only to prevent them cruising to the latter stages and causing premature ejaculations.

I genuinely believe he's the male equivalent of the SkySportNews babes, eye candy for those that way inclined. Ginola has been giving a BTsport berth for the same reason I reckon.

Yeah, a bit of crumpet, as Sledger Snr always says. Henry putting him in his place was pretty good though.

Rumour is he's unhappy playing out wide at Schalke, but I don't see how he can play as a 10 for Arsenal. Maybe some extra cash will convince him out wide is the way to go.
3 number 10s is do-able if they're all comfortable out wide and are comfortable rotating depending on the position of the ball and each other.

That's been coming.
Reckon he'd get a go as a #9 tbph. If we sign him we're certainly not signing anyone else to be support/backup to Giroud.

Yeah of course, but in a way I'm pretty excited about it as well.

Shame we didn't get a third of fourth when we played Napoli at home really. That extra comfort zone of having to get absolutely belted would've meant we could've tried more to get a positive result. Arteta not getting sent off would've helped though.
Real Madrid fans are cacking themselves at the prospect of playing us on Twitter which is nice.
The biggest mistake of the group was not settling for the draw at home to Dortmund.
Henry with a good point about Atletico.
....?

It's a really bad year to finish 2nd, there's just no get out of jail draw this time. Bearing that in mind, losing 2-0 in Napoli is a bit **** really, they're not a great team at all.

Yeah, almost seems a stronger competition this year at this stage. Just hope we are given some exciting games in the knockout stages.

Teams like Barcelona, Real, PSG might be easier to play against because they'll look to dominate, get fkrward and thus leave themselves a bit open at the back and not work as hard as they could without the ball.Whereas Atletico will be very difficult to play against because, in Henry's word's, they won't give you one centimetre.

PSG aren't especially open. Lots of grafters in the side, and they aren't opposed to reactive football on principle like Barca/Madrid.

The problem with playing Barca or Madrid is that sometimes Messi or Ronaldo just score a few incredible goals and make any kind of analysis look pointless.

Madrid also got Bale to do that as well now of course, they have playing much better of late, fancy they have a good chance of winning the who,e thing this year.

Agree with the Atletico points, are a nightmare side for Arsenal to play against. Barca probably best of the lot fron Spain to play right now, although a lot will depend on how Messi comes back from injury.

Chelsea and United looking at fairly decent draws you would have thought.
