Whilst the hotspot itself was subtle, it was definitely there. This along with the noise which was clearly not pad made it conclusive for mine.I know it's out, but how the **** is that conclusive?

Not so sure given Rutherford, Redmond & Taylor generally score quickly. Redmond's no dead-bat these days.Yeah I'd call that conclusive as well, bat was well away from pad and clear hotspot.
With the threat of rain anyone else thinking we should get McCullum in next to try and hit and a rapid fire 40/50? Rain drops on the camera lenses were appearing as they headed off for lunch.
nah that's absolutely conclusive.
Just like Bravo's was absolutely conclusive as well.

The directive should be for them to get to the target as quickly as possible. There's almost no chance of losing this, but there's a very real chance of rain ruining that. With the threat of rain anyone else thinking we should get McCullum in next to try and hit and a rapid fire 40/50? I was very worried earlier, but the clouds in the south are much higher and don't look so gloomy, and that's where the wind is coming from. Should hold out for a wee while yet.The Windies get the early wicket you need if you're any chance of defending just over 100. Anyone from Dunedin want to comment as to whether the weather could be a genuine threat this arvo?
True, fair enough point. Just hope we do show a bit of intent and don't try and crawl our way to the target. Not so sure given Rutherford, Redmond & Taylor generally score quickly. Redmond's no dead-bat these days.
Well, when you're only defending just over 100, you have to go with your two best bowlers straight up, regardless of their style of bowling.Still, I'm just getting over the fact that a spinner shared the new ball for the West Indies in tests.... What an indicator that is as to the team managements faith in Gabriel after that first innings.
why won't you share your 2020 wisden with usFulton failing here was so predictable. Just cleaned up $160.
There's a T20 Wisden now?why won't you share your 2020 wisden with us
in the future there will be, I thought you'd been there already? There's a T20 Wisden now?
Probably used in the netsBy the way, what happens to that new ball that was only used for one ball at the end of the West Indies innings? Does it go straight back into the box of new balls/semi-new balls or is it given to club cricket?
Our bowling is just poor, and so not so sure how a full warm up match would have helped them. The batsmen though would have been well served by some extra work in the conditions.Commentators bringing up a good point with the lack of warm-up matches. Can't help but feel that the Windies wouldn't have been so dire in the first innings batting and bowling if they had a meaningful game or two beforehand.
