Bradman at whatever Bradman's best ground was, probably. A Sri Lankan at SSC would be my second guess.

Yeah he averaged 192 there. Didn't really think it counted as such as he only played 4 games there but tbf he'd still have a bloody impressive record there even if he had another four Tests worth of failures at the ground.
