Wagner's test batting average of 11.4 is a serious underperformance to date imo - looks like a perfectly respectable tail ender who can hold up an end or give the ball a biff with some efficacy depending on the situation. Should be able to push average up to 18-20.

I recall him batting as high as seven in the Plunket Shield a couple of times.
