Blimey.best of chickening out of a series - Trott
Doesn't matter... Still in poor taste. Even a wouldn't have magically saved the postAm I the only one who thinks he was kidding etc.
The best bowlers were there in 90s and the first half of 2000s because in 80s, things were being invented about bowling like reverse swing etc. In first half of 90s, about everything was invented and the bowlers were at their best and had a very bad impact on the batsmen which made ICC to introduce power play.Dawood! Taliban is watching. Be careful. Don't say you find Gavaskar, Tendulkar impressive, unbelievable. Stick to hate; at best, mild criticism. Or you could choose to fight and be the next Taliban-assaulted kid who gets to give a speech at the UN and what not..
Anyways, good on you for having the insight to not pick Viv, Imran, Lillee and Marshall. The 80s were beginning to take a stranglehold upon ATXIs. You may also want to look up an English bowler named Sydney Barnes. He was a fascinating medium pace spin bowler around a century ago. He may yet make your team.
Allan Border-Dagwood, could you provide a brief opinion on these players please?
Allan Border
Javed Miandad
Trevor Bailey
Jack Iverson
Everton Weekes
Ronnie Irani
Bishen Bedi
The Aussie bowler Mcgraw is no match for Pakistani death bowlers like Wasim and Waqar and for all South African, Indian and English bowlers of the history. Wasim could just swing the ball similar to Waqar but Mcgrath determined the weakneses of the batsman in 3-4 overs and kept on bowling at that place. That caused a great pressure on batsman and he soon lost his wicket in next 15-20 overs by someone else like B Lee, Warne, Gillespie etc. He also had the advantage that he did not let the batter score runs. Soon, batter wanted to hit and then lost wicket.can you write mcgraw again please
I mean i've the same opinion for both of them.Rooni Irani is the same as Trevor Bailey. Now I've heard everything.
And apart from them both being all-rounders, they couldn't be more different as players.I mean i've the same opinion for both of them.
Both of them were not consistent. And apart from them both being all-rounders, they couldn't be more different as players.
This man never scared nobody: Funniest antics on the cricket field ever !!! - Ronny Irani warm up on the boundary - YouTubeTrevor Bailey-
Trevor Bailey is not comparable with the great historic english all rounders(Flintoff and Ian Botham) but he was an irregular player. Such players have the advantage that the opponent is always scared of them (like Afridi).
Ronnie Irani-
He is the same as T Bailey.
At what, exactly? To my mind, Bailey was a model of consistency - you got what you got from him - it was how the opposition responded to that which could be inconsistent. With Irani, you were more likely to get a vigorous callisthenics routine than a decent performance out of him at international level. Any comparison at all is completely ludicrous - they couldn't be more different in their delivery or results. Both of them were not consistent.
Are you taking my test?Dawood, what about these players:
- WG Grace
- Alan Davidson
- Gavin Wanganeen
- Peter May
- Vinoo Mankad
- Gus Logie
What do you mean?Thoughts on Mike Gatting?
I mean that the opponent captains are afraid that they could perform very well in the next match. This man never scared nobody: Funniest antics on the cricket field ever !!! - Ronny Irani warm up on the boundary - YouTube
Who was kidding?Probably not, but that's hardly the point.
