Man, these two have been brilliant. Rohit has vindicated all those people's opinions who said he deserved a spot in the Test side even though he was poor in odis for a long time. Excellent innings, he's been so smooth

In a weird way I'm actually slightly annoyed that he had a little stretch of ODI performance before getting the gig. Would've been awesome if he'd failed in ODIs again only to get picked here and ton up.. probably wouldn't have actually got picked though unfortunately.

Yeah, agreed. May even lead to more Raina/Yuvraj type selections where batsmen obviously more suited to shorter forms are picked in tests on the basis of odi form.
