Whatever it takes!!!
And about Imran, while Charismatic and Glamorous are words often thrown around first when describing him, I really think the word that should be used is Determination. His 1992 WC exploits, his entire batting career (given he was not a naturally talented batsman as a Kapil may have been) are the best indications of how much he achieved by sheer determination, for all his considerable talent. One of the rarest cases of amazing talent married to amazing determination and commitment IMO..

Ah Imran, what a legend. My hero whilst growing up and I have had the privilege of meeting him once at his hospital. I am also distantly related to him through the marriage of my aunt to his first cousin's brother-in-law (my uncle).

Reminds me that I am related to Kris Srikkanth too, even more distantly :p

My dad's brother's wife's sister's husband is the first cousin of Kris Srikkanth.. Yeah :)

Seems like a similar sort of a relationship to me:

For me it's mum's sister's husband whilst for you it's dad's brothers wife. Then it's my uncle's sister's husband and on your side it's your aunt's sister's husband. And lastly they are both first cousin's to the respective cricketers. lol

If I had've been in your shoes I would have raised the family connection with him when you met him in hospital. I think you missed a trick there.

That doesn't make you distantly related to him.

Agent, you stupid ****, you could have said so many good things about Imran but you chose to ruin this thread by narrating exactly how distantly (un)related you were to Imran

Nothing. Imran isn't related to your uncle.
The Uncle is related - Wiki says there is a something called a cousin in law. For cousins through a marriage.

However I reckon since the Uncle is related to Agent by marriage as well that this all makes it a step to far as Agent's connection is dependent upon two marriages.
