The thing is in no way did we deserve to get a point. It isn't like we defended resolutely for 90 minutes, we couldn't string two passes together.
Saying England didn't deserve a point implies that Ukraine deserved to win though, and they were pretty crap too.

It could go balls up for England if they lose to Montenegro and Ukraine beat Poland. Those two will then be ahead and will face San Marino and Moldova in their last games...while England have Poland.

England should have pushed harder to win IMO.

**** off ITV 'pundits' Milner was directly for responsible for Ukraine's two best chances. How the **** did he do a good defensive job?

"Andy Townsend" trending high on Twitter, I'm sure it's all highly complimentary so I shalln't bother to click on the deserved praise......

What's the deal with Wilshire? Seems to never put a pass wrong at Arsenal yet for England has been giving the ball away a lot in the past 2 games.

Listening to 606, for reasons that are beyond me, and the word 'diabolical' was used within the first 30 seconds of the first call.

I agree in a way, that was most annoying about the comms almost sense of triumphalism, yeah it's in our hands, but our hands are summed up by Joe Hart's.

I'm not sure we should have been pushing forward more, I would have just liked us to be sharper on the counter-attack, ya know like proper international teams. Oh and I'm always one to complain about our inability to keep possession, but tonight was almost a new low, even for us.

I'm watching The Culture Show, it's about a new Library in Birmingham, it's infinitely better than the Match TBF.

It is definetly better than listening to Robbie Savage.

I know he has had a great start to the season and all but I do find it amusing that Sturridge is now regarded as a key player.

Honestly, England lack creativity so much that he is a key player (or will be if he keeps fit). I like Rooney and Welbeck but both are somewhat predictable in how they attack. Sturridge gives you flair, speed and goals.

I also think Roy has got it wrong with Lampard and Gerrard pairing. England will get killed without a proper DM against the good sides. I think Parker and Gerrard holding with either Frank or Wilshire ahead of them is a much better and balanced midfield. Rooney and Welbeck wide and Sturridge in the middle and suddenly England look far better.

You're on the plane to Brazil barring a monumental **** up in the last 2 games and you've achieved this despite the handicap of fielding James Milner. Quit moaning.
Aren't Ukraine in the box seat?

UKRAINE
Poland (h)
San Marino (a)

looks easier than:

ENGLAND
Montenegro (h)
Poland (h)

I'm just watching USA vs. Mexico now and put a bet on that both teams would not score a goal. Just realized its the most boring way to watch Football..

He's just been on a little bit of a bad run this past six months or so.

England often don't play especially well at home. I can definitely see the crowd getting on their back if Montenegro or Poland put up a fight. It could all get a bit nervous.
