Has Haddin been good behind the wickets or is Warne talking ****?
Right, because there have been no other bowlers who bowl a full length consistently apart from Glenn McGrath. Wasn't McGrath closer to back of a length than full anyway?Because being Glenn McGrath is hard.
Well don't be.I'm so conflicted watching Woakes bowl to Smith.
Like better cricketers.I'm so conflicted watching Woakes bowl to Smith.
My point is more that being remarkably consistent and always getting it in the right area isn't as easy as it might appear. Broad doesn't want to be not causing many problems bowling back of a length rubbish, but getting it on the perfect length all the time isn't that easy. It's what separates the good from the very good.Right, because there have been no other bowlers who bowl a full length consistently apart from Glenn McGrath. Smith must look so good in the nets at times. Even in the last Ashes series he played a few incredible looking shots that were hammered straight to fielders.Ho boy, that's a shot
Yes, thats why my point is that Broad isn't good enough to bowl that perfect back of a length line so he should always err on the full side, but he doesn't. I remember really early on in a few ODIs he made a few 30(20) at the death playing the most absurd shots like those. One-handed ramp-drives over backward point and the like.Smith must look so good in the nets at times. Even in the last Ashes series he played a few incredible looking shots that were hammered straight to fielders.
Got to bowl them out first!it'll be less than 2. rivetting stuff.
