Except England lost that match ofc. That was Khawaja's sort of deck though, so so many boundaries in that match.Just realized how much this sounds like Bairstow's 95..

this btw is why Hobbs/Sutcliffe will always be my openers in an ATG XIOpening partnerships are weird. So easy for one of them to fall easily.
Strauss and Cook only ever averaged around 40 together, even though both averaged more than that individually. So many times one of them fell early and the other made a big score.
I didn't say it was identical Sparky.Except England lost that match ofc. That was Khawaja's sort of deck though, so so many boundaries in that match.
Both stroke players with massive technical issues who get bogged down against spin..Just realized how much this sounds like Bairstow and his 95..
Also note how much better Cook did opening with Compton than with Root.this btw is why Hobbs/Sutcliffe will always be my openers in an ATG XI

in that innings it was 45 v 20 (leg/off)I didn't say it was identical Sparky.
I'm interested in seeing how many runs Khawaja makes leg side vs off side - tipping at least 75% leg.
You know that has nothing to do with Root/Compton though. Also note how much better Cook did opening with Compton than with Root.
Cheers for that. I can just recall his pulls to the boundary mainly,in that innings it was 45 v 20 (leg/off)
Sure it does. Suggests Cook cant stand the wig wearing ****You know that has nothing to do with Root/Compton though.
it definitely has some non-zero* effect,You know that has nothing to do with Root/Compton though.
My cats name is mittens.Actually, while bears do eat honey, they are really after the larvae (baby bees) because of their rich source of protein. We know this because when a bear damages apiaries (bee houses) they always eat that part but don't always eat all of the honey.
Hard to tell what that guy is doing there, isn't it? Warner hasn't even looked like trying to hit Swann onside.I think Nasser and Atherton are bang on about the field. Push Root out to sweep and bring midwicket into a slightly straighter cover.
