these guys should really almost be playing 20/20 stuff now. the lead is already 240, with 8 wickets still in hand...Should promote someone like starc to come in next and literally hit out.

Can't see this heading towards anywhere other than a draw. Hardly 5 sessions are left and 2 full innings to be completed. Haven't seen the match but seems as if there won't be any demons in the pitch and England will at least match Australia the 2nd time around
Well we should turn off then if you can get such insight without watching the match...

As mentioned.. this needs to be treated as a one day game now.. up the tempo.. make a declaration and give the poms 350 to chase in about 4 sessions.. Aussie bowlers then need to bowl with gutso and anger, line and length and take wickets! - pretty simple, really

What do you expect, really?
It's just really boring when they strain so hard to make a relevant comments about it though. The fact that both bowl a bit of spin themselves means it's not that unlikely that they could dismiss each other, especially Root dismissing Warner in the ODI's.

What are Cricinfo trying to be, a respectable form of cricket media, or a website that tries to make tabloid relevant things in their headlines?
