Australia A tour of South Africa and Zimbabwe

Judging by the scores pitch is a bit of a road. At least Ahmed nipped out a couple though.
He seems to be at his best on pitches that don't take spin, because he rips it hard enough to get spin anyway, I think he would be better off in Australia if he plays ashes tests when the series has moved away from the Swann doctored pitches.

now that the big show and elgar have scored tons all scores in this game are now considered worthless

I dunno the big show opened for australia last time he played so the runs have to be worth something right?

If Elgar is scoring runs on this pitch (though in fairness he has a pretty damn good FC record).....

Warner still just about certain to play the 3rd test imo, whether i agree with that or not is irrelevant

Cowan and Hughes scoring runs against Sussex might challenge things though....
You would hope not. Hughes is without doubt one of Australia's finest batsman against first class standard attacks. Pretty sure both batsman were dropped too.

Fawad takes 3/170 odd, probably not that bad given the conditions and the figures of other bowlers, I hope the next game somehow produces a more sporting pitch.

Hello, what going on here. Umpires have stopped the game because Warner and Tsolekile are having a proper go at each other.

stuart hess ‏@shockerhess 7m

Umpire Johan Cloete had to step in there. Warner and Tsolekile appeared to blame the other for whatever is going on.

stuart hess ‏@shockerhess 5m

Vaughn van Jaarseveld had to pull Tsolekile away. That's the 2nd time since Warner started batting the umpires have had to step in.

Apparently Warner was dishing out some nasty abuse while Tsolekile was batting yesterday. Tsolekile kept quiet, until now.
