I think that was the Brett Lee slower ball. Held the ball deeper into the palm of his hand as to slow the pace with absolutely no change of action or actual work on the ball. I haven't seen it in a while but it's a ripper.

I'm keen to see another replay of it to confirm.

My dad just described Steve Smith as a "slightly better than Doherty spinner". I'm sure he'll understand me not speaking to him for a few days.

10 or 11 IMO. If scoring 98 could get you to #8 then Starc would be there already.
Disagree, Agar is a different case as he is actually known as an all-rounder and the 98 will have proven he can make the step up to Test level, whereas Starc is a bowler who can bat, who got lucky.

Yeah, agree. He really looked like a decent batsman out there.

Agar should come in at 9 IMO, Patto at 8, Siddle at 10 and Starceh at 11. Mind you, Agar has the temperament to knock off the winning runs from 11 if needed more so than the others I feel
