Rubbish. He's an off spinner without a doosra and they have plenty of decent quicks. The pitch isn't doctored, it's dry and tbh despite the **** Lloyd was just going on with, it really hasn't deteriorated at all aside from the rough. If it was breaking up and they were playing two spinners I could see your point but I really don't think you're on the money here.

Siddle will bowl very well at Swann, you'd think. And from an Aus perspective, a few blows on the hand or elbow wouldn't go amiss.

I know Durham is a shot hole, but is it any worse than Nottingham really? And it can't realistically be worse than Brum. Nothing is.

Bell could usefully find a few singles from time to time here. I'm not saying he should go mad, and the longer hey're out there, the more chance of the pitch deteriorating, but there's no point in blocking everything.

I wasn't being serious, just figured he'd be glad to see a slow pitch to save him from getting hit. Then again, England know they have a better spinner, and typical spinner's graveyards are becoming dry as ****, I think something is going on.
