Word on the street is that he is a lovely guy and a good coach who was completely dominated by Smith, Kallis, etc whilst with SA

That's "coach speak" IMO

Most Oz kids who love cricket dream of playing for Australia and would bite off your arm to do so

However, many are totally unprepared for fame/riches that go with cricket these days and some seem to be falling at the first hurdle put in front of them

To my mind, we have an institutional problem in Oz cricket atm and unless educational programs are implemented to address this issue, we will be ****ed in the short term irrespective of how much potential our bowlers have
