Because both of the teams dominate all other teams in home grounds so people get chance to watch good cricket if they both crash each other.

By "both of the teams", do you mean India and Australia?

Teams that aren't India value their away series, because they're an opportunity to prove superiority in conditions that should be against the grain. South Africa won in England and Australia because they are a better team, and England won in India and Australia, again because they are better.

TBH, I dont think the team does not value away series.. We just sucked in those conditions Esp. the Australia tour, I thought the Indians worked as hard as they could.. Our team was just not good enough. With the England tour, there was probably a lot of complacency and a bit of IPL > tests in England..

In some games there are fielders who don't take a catch. If fielders are slips, they should get two extra bonuses. If fielders are boundaries, they should get one extra bonus. The bonuses are thrown in from the crowd. If they catch bonuses, the bowling team get to use the better change rooms. If they drop bonuses, they have to sign extra autographs.

It's a nice idea to reward teams for not losing wickets but it's not really applicable to ODIs where batsman are supposed to take risks that might get them out. Consequently your idea might reward negative batting.

Got to make sure they milk their only Test Cricket cash cow before it starts losing it's relevance.

This year has been mucked up as the series in Aus which should have been in 2014/15 has been brought forward a year as Australia is hosting the World Cup that summer and the powers that be didn't want an Ashes and a World Cup in the same year.

Clearly, which is why with the new scheduling the World Cup and the Ashes will take place in the same English summer in 2019. Makes sense

No, not 'free-swings', but normal batting. The 10th and 11th Batsmen can be out. The 10th Batsman is out before his over ends, the 11th Batsman is given only the remaining of the over (possibly only 1 ball).

World Cricket League should be home&away

In the current World Cricket League, every team meets twice. So the WCL should be played in the home&away format.
And the toss should be abolished in the case of home&away competitions. In the case of home&away competitions, the away side should have the right to choose batting first or fielding first.
The World Cup and World Cricket League should be merged. The World Cup should be done in the home&away format in every 2 years.
