Severe overly conservative again and with Butler gone its gonna pay.

Where the hell is it coming from? Is it Cook? We've been plodding in tests and odi's for a while now.

I just had a look at M. Wade's LOI record. I had forgotten how terrible it is, neither good average nor strike rate, bring in my buddy T. Paine...

Jos gone OOPS.
i reckon its a lot to do with him being dicked around the order more than anyone i can ever remember

But really this has been a bit of a reminder - no tricks, no gimmicks, just full and straight.

Morgan really is a horrible looking batsman

Obviously has a great eye but I'll be amazed if he ever amounts to more than a very average longer format player as his technique has so many holes in it
I remember watching him in a test and his defensive set up is incorrect - I watched him get away with it on three balls and get caught at slip on the fourth.

Really think McKay is a terrible late overs bowler, but Morgan a key wicket there.

This like the Timmy vs Jimmy fight on South Park.

Anyway, off to the casino.

Also goes to show that 300+ is always a good score, and not something teams can do day in day out.
That's true, but this is a road. Maybe a little slow but in the high 200s at worst.

It was always unrealistic to expect the middle order to come in and immediately score at twice the rate of two set batsmen. I guess who you blame will depend on what you were saying about Trott & bell 30 minutes ago.

That leg bye that bresnan just got - he didn't play a shot and you couldn't really call it evasive action and his arm was off the bat when he got struck.

How many minutes do we have left to finish the 50 overs in? Is it like 10 minutes or more like 25?
