***Official*** New Zealand in England series 2013

Oh ffs, this is the first bit of the test I've been able to watch - literally tuned in five minutes ago - and we've lost two wickets.

Looks like Taylor just lost concentration for a ball.

Happy with this from the umpires, play the game if it isn't dangerous. Other umps would have gone off by now, judging from past events.

Edit: Ah poo. If tomorrow is a washout we only have ourselves to blame.

Not too fussed really what happens now. We have played well in this match and if we win great, if it is rained off it doesn't really matter as we won the series anyway. Bring on the crims.

Great to see Swann is fit and firing again. Looks a different player to the one who was putting it there last summer.

Seeing Swann get wickets at Headingley and the way Lord's was so dry and turning makes you wonder if this is a sign of things to come and what England want for the ashes?

NZ 158/6 off 54 overs- Exceeded my expectations to be honest, I was expecting us to be bowled out within 50 overs. If it is rained out tomorrow, England can blame themselves for the ridiculously (in context) prolonged declaration.

Apparently Guptill's last ball is the largest amount of turn recorded? 20 degrees or something? Or was my mate at uni high?

Not necessarily an either/or scenario, tbh.

Was recorded at 20 degrees of turn, which is the most since they've used Hawkeye to record it. For comparison the one Swann bowled to get Guptill in the first knock turned six degrees.

Pretty sure 'Cuss's mate would be high too tho.

Stand by my initial claim that NZ would've been better off batting jeets at 6 than Guppers. Though I do accept that Guptill is probably the better bowler.
