How about every dot ball the batsman has to go down a bat size? Start with long handle, then short handle and by the 6th ball of a possible maiden he Is using a 4 or a 3?

Instead of reviewing decisions they thing are wrong they should have to review decisions they agree with. If they review it and its wrong then the decision is overturned and all players on that team have to bowl and bat left handed - even if they are left handed, this encouraging teams to pick more lefties and encourage equality. If they review it and its right they get to select one of their own players as umpire until the next correct review from either side.

Any decision they don't review results in a five match ban for the umpire on the basis using the technology would be unfair as it is unreliable.

Test uniform

I have a question about the Laws in Tests.
Why coloured uniforms are not allowed? Coloured uniforms will expand fans.
And why is declaration not suspension? I mean, if a side abandoned batting and later the opponent team scored more, the declared side should be given chance to bat again.
