Coney on TMS reckons the spot was there before the ball passed the bat.
Yeah there was definitely a big spot before the ball passed the bat but I think I saw another really tiny one afterwards. There was also a noise as the ball passed the bat.

I gave it out on first viewing but probably would've overturned it if Cook had reviewed it. Genuinely don't think there was any evidence of him having hit it. Each replay just made me more and more convinced. When they checked the audio even that sounded well awry.

Well snicko shows a noise......I thought I heard something live.

When are we supposed to be getting a faster turn around for snicko so it can be used as part of the DRS?

When are we supposed to be getting a faster turn around for snicko so it can be used as part of the DRS?
I thought Snicko isn't used as it's inconclusive. From those images, it looked like the ball was away from the bat at the time of the noise on Snicko. I guess it's not just bat on ball that can make noise, which is why hot spot is preferred.
