So batting is our weakness yet selectors pick only 4 specialist batsman. Seriously?

So many (unwanted) records I imagine. Last time 5 changes, last time C and VC didn't play last test.

That's why I said six rather than seven; Maxwell is debatable.

Haddin's definitely a better wicket keeper than Wade but the fact that Wade keeps dropping so many ****ing catches has IMO blinded people to the fact that he legitimately is a much better batsman than Haddin.

Don't rate Khawaja at all currently.

ill meet you at equal but i consider haddin to be above wade, not by a whole lot tbf and wade has the potential to be better but atm haddin is better. hes proven himself in the shield for years and against quality attacks like england during the most recent ashes.

btw Ojha's action is highly suss imo

also loving the way cowan is applying himself here and in the last test, he might not be the most talented **** going around but if some of these other ****s like watson or warner applied themselves like he did they'd be far better for it. hes showing if you just watch the bowl closely, play as straight as possible and then pick off the bad balls its really not as hard as it seems to bat in india

Watson's shots are ugly but effective. Counter attack is the best way to survive on this pitch. If he hits 3-4 more boundaries, Dhoni will push back the field and allow milking singles
