Watling looking dodgy against Panesar.

Stating the obvious, but it's almost entirely up to these two to get us past the follow-on.

Is it just me or does Dion Nash seem to have a slight speech impediment? Some of the words just don't come out right.

I love watching McCullum but it's partly because when he's going well I always get the feeling he's going to get overexcited and do something stupid.

Excellent fifty McCullum. Don't know that I've ever seen him in form this good for this long. Must be something about orchestrating a coup that gets his eye in

Has had a major problem converting fifties to hundreds and now would be a good time to do something about that.

The bizarre strategy of not having many men bother to stand in catching positions when in such a bloody obvious position as earlier could be difference between winning and drawing this match.

It was poor captaincy, but I highly doubt it will cost England the victory.

Watling would have been caught at 3rd slip. The next batsman in is Bruce Martin, and Anderson and Broad were still getting a bit of reverse swing at that stage. It could feasibly have ensured the follow on, and we might escape from that now.

Needed that was started to think that McCullum had actually become really good. Jimmy really deserved a wicket in the last spell.

McCullum really has an aversion to scoring centuries. 70s are nice and all but they don't a) win games; or b) save games.

Better from Watling, but he really needs to work out a strategy for turning the strike over against Panesar.
