In other words, Watson is a Queenslander. Beautifully peroxided hair one day, up himself prima donna the next with **** all intelligence. Bloke gets put in a position of authority then cuts back his own work load. He's cricket's Campbell Newman.
Isn't your hero Allan Border?

Other rumours include bad blood between Clarke & Khawaja with the QLD no.3 in Watson's clique along with Johnson & Nathan Lyon #cricket[/B]

breaking news: siddle stood down for failing to brush his teeth before bed last night
No danger of Watto forgetting to brush his though. Always methodical apparently- face skin >>body skin>>body hair>>head hair>>brush, floss, rinse, whiten teeth>>tan saver>>re-moisturize

The Wheel is Forever
In the end, it was one of those idiotic exercises that people who don't have real jobs think up so they can justify their existance by forcing people who have actual jobs to do them. But it's just as idiotic for people not to do it, given the minuscule amount of effort it would have involved. You just laugh and do it to get it over with. Stupidity all around.

tbf I've seen this management style plenty before anyway. A big announcement, of how it's going to be. We'll be having systems and paperwork and meetings and reviews and all sorts of stuff which will be helping us all greatly.

after a period, results are fine - nothing terrible, probably nothing amazing. Someone slips up and it's just excused. Someone has a good reason, and it's alright. We skip a meeting, go home early, don't review.

So when it all goes pear shaped, is it the fault of those guys who were allowed to slide, or is it the fault that standards were relaxed by those in charge? Well it's both. But using the big stick in that case causes division and fear.

Unless it's bigger stuff in the background where they wanted to oust watson for whatever reason, and maybe teach the young pattinson a bit of a lesson (while giving him a rest) and were happy with a bit of collateral damage. If this was just a convenient way to make that happen is the only way this is anything like management success.

Gideon Haigh & Jarrod Kimber on their podcast are going with the theory that Watson def. had to be dropped for this, he's the frickin' vice captain afterall, and he once he went the other 3 had to go too
